This high-profile law firm is looking for a Corporate Crime Solicitor to join its team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to develop experience across a variety of corporate crime matters.
Key responsibilities involve:
- Advising clients on corporate crime and regulatory matters, including bribery and fraud.
- Contributing to business development and cultivating client relationships.
- Providing support for clients with internalised and regulatory enquiries.
- Representing clients in enforcement actions and criminal procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE with a strong understanding of corporate crime and regulatory law. Experience advising on financial crime, investigations, and corporate clients, particularly international businesses, is desirable, as is dual qualification in Scots and English law, however this is not essential.
