This highly reputable Scottish law firm is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with the Director and Head of Department while managing a caseload of private client matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of private client matters, such as executries and estate administration.
- Drafting and reviewing Wills, codicils, and estate planning documents.
- Advising clients on Powers of Attorney and incapacity planning.
- Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice.
- Assisting clients with succession and wealth preservation planning.
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE, with strong experience in private client.
