This leading Scottish law firm is recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a broad range of high-net-worth individuals and families, advising on complex private client and private wealth matters while playing a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, succession planning, executries and estate administration matters
- Managing a varied caseload of complex private client and private wealth work
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across a diverse client base
- Supporting the growth of the team through mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the strategic direction of the department
- Working closely with senior members of the team and assisting in business development initiatives
Applicants should have at least 4 years' PQE with solid experience across private client and private wealth matters. The firm is interested in candidates at Senior Associate, Legal Director, Salaried Partner or Partner level, although strong applicants looking to step into a more senior role will also be considered. Candidates should possess excellent technical skills, strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach, together with the ability to build lasting relationships and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
