This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly team in Wishaw. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title.
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement and completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
- Assisting with more complex property matters, including rural and agricultural transactions, as experience and interest develop.
Applicants should be newly qualified solicitors or experienced residential conveyancing paralegals with a genuine interest in property work. Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload effectively. A client-focused and collaborative approach is essential.
