This established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its team in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of experience across residential conveyancing matters within a busy and supportive practice, offering early responsibility and exposure to a varied client base.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential property sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, title deeds and property searches.
- Drafting and negotiating offers and missives.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and mortgage lenders throughout transactions.
- Coordinating settlements, property transfers and registration of title.
Applicants should be newly qualified solicitors with a strong interest in this area of law and, ideally, some previous experience. Previous experience in commercial conveyancing is also desirable.
