In-House Lawyer with Forsa Energy – Edinburgh/Hybrid

Forsa Energy is a fast-growing energy business developing and operating flexible gas generation and renewable assets across the GB power market. With 300MW operational and a strong growth pipeline. Reporting to the Group Legal Counsel, you’ll gain exposure across the business, supporting projects from development through to operations, while playing a key role in company secretarial matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting legal work across development, construction, and commercial teams
- Assisting with contracts, NDAs, and governance matters
- Managing company secretarial responsibilities across the group
- Providing practical legal support across a dynamic, growing business
What we’re looking for:
- NQ–2 PQE Solicitor
- Experience in commercial contracts, commercial property and/or renewables law (essential)
- Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
- Interest in company secretarial work (desirable)
