Our client, a prominent Scottish law firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Property and Professional Liability team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be part of an experienced and dynamic team, and will advise a range of clients on the following areas:
- professional negligence
- property damage
- product liability
- construction-related disputes
- insurance coverage issues
You will also be expected to maintain high professional standards while working towards fee-earning targets, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to wider team initiatives.
