This award-winning Scottish law firm is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to join its established team in Aberdeen. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential property transactions from initial instruction through to settlement, including sales, purchases and remortgages
- Drafting, reviewing and concluding missives, examining title documentation and advising on a range of conveyancing issues
- Providing practical advice on residential property matters, including transfers of title, inherited properties and other bespoke transactions
- Building strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with AML requirements and Law Society of Scotland regulations
Applicants should have at least 1 year's PQE and experience in Scottish residential conveyancing. Candidates should be confident managing their own workload, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and be committed to delivering an excellent client experience. A proactive and collaborative approach is essential.
